Video of the day: How the “Keep Calm and Carry On” poster became a cultural phenomenon, over 60 years after it was created as a World War II propaganda poster — but forgotten about, only to be discovered by a second-hand bookstore. Anyone ever been to Barter Books? Sounds like an awesome place.

I had always heard that this poster was plastered all over London during the Blitz. It’s nice to know the real story.

Leaving for Salem, Virginia at 5am tomorrow morning. My youngest son and I will be visiting my daughter and her boyfriend for the Thanksgiving Holiday. I am super excited.

Why is life so difficult? I just want to be married to this man. After 10 years, I think I deserve that much!
